I had a really positive experience with Harley Carpet, Brentwood. From the first phone call with Steve, everything was easy and straightforward — he was friendly, helpful, and a bit of a joker :))

They were very quick to act too. Steve arranged for measurements to be taken the very next day (by sending his old man), which I really appreciated. The fitters who came to install the carpet were excellent — professional, polite, and a pleasure to have around. The job was done efficiently and everything was left clean and tidy.

Pricing was very reasonable and the overall service was spot on from beginning to end. It’s refreshing to deal with a company where things are done properly. I’d happily recommend Harley Carpet and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Very happy with the experience at Harley Carpets. No nonsense, family business without the hard sell. The carpet was fitted very well and looks great. Would use Harley Carpets again.

From visiting the store and discussing our requirements with Mark through to the fitting of our carpet by Josh, Harley Carpets have been knowledgeable, professional, efficient and helpful. We had used Harley Carpets before, would happily use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Absolutely first class experience from help to choosing the right carpet and colour to being kept up to date with delivery and fitting. The fitter was extremely experienced and did a fantastic job. We love our new carpet and would recommend harley carpets to anyone that is looking to have new carpets. What we personally loved about Harley carpets is that it’s a family run business, they were not only friendly but very experienced and went above and beyond what was expected.
